My experience with Alpine Surveys was very good, the Admin, staff were professional, pleasant and accommodating. Their Structural Engineer Abbas who came to my property was excellent. He spent hours inspecting my house inside and out as well and my garden and the neighbouring property. He highlighted the problem areas to me as well as identifying the source. His skills and knowledge produced a multi-page report with photographs three days after his visit which I can send to the authorities and is invaluable towards getting a solution. I would definitely use Alpine Surveys and Abbas again.

Damp In House

Mark attended on time he was polite and explained everything as he was going through giving me a verbal report at the end of the visit followed by a written report two days later. He also answered a follow question after the visit. Good communications from the main office making arrangements and rescheduling as we had to do a couple of times. Quick responses to enquiry. Good service all round.

Very Professional
I engaged Alpine to conduct a low level DPC survey which confirmed that the this level was to low and provided a solution for remedial action on my new build house which has been sent to the developers to resolve. I found Alpine very professional from start to finish and very easy to liaise with especially Becky and Sandra in the office and Ajmal the surveyor who arrived was punctual polite and did an excellent survey.

Great service from start to finish of process. Found company by chance on google search. Highly recommend this company , surveyor who arrived to undertake my damp survey was polite, courteous and friendly and knowledgeable and put me at ease straightaway. The office team were also really nice and efficient. The survey report was detailed and gave me peace of mind along with recommendations to resolve my problem.

Very Helpful
Needed a damp survey quickly to complete on a house sale. Alpine were very helpful by finding me a slot within one week and turning the report around by the next day. The surveyor was polite, thorough and understanding of the issues and used sophisticated damp-measuring equipment the technical details of which were explained well. Very Thorough
Very thorough and professional team, two men came to the house and were very polite. They wore full PPE in the house throughout the survey and covered every inch with a fine tooth comb, they assessed inside and outside, they were clean, and efficient and they they were even considerate of my very nervous cat. They explained everything as they went along and spoke in a manner I could follow without being condescending. Would highly recommend them!

I chair a Poole residential block Manco and called in Alpine to settle the source of a water ingress issue impacting one flat and potentially sourced from another two.

Damp assessment survey was undertaken with Alpine, due to discovery of penetrative damp issue at my property .
I have received various free quotes from other companies who were all trying to sell DPC course which I was never sure, if injecting chemical would resolve the root cause of the problem.
I spoke to Sarah from the company to get an assessment survey booked and I must say the whole team was professional from start to finish .
Surveyor AJ arrived on time and carried out the assessment spending long time investigating and exploring the potential cause and the use of thermal imaging seemed to highlight the source more precisely.
I wanted an unbiased diagnosis from a professional team who clearly understand what they are doing. This help customer like me to spend money in the correct resolution of issues and avoid falling trap to tradesmen who are keen to sell chemical damp course and other expensive repair works Thanks

Mohbin completed a damp survey on our house and I honestly couldn’t be more complimentary about him. The surveyor, Paul, was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He talked me through issues found, answered my questions and explained his recommendations. An in-depth report was sent within 24 hours of the survey and I now feel confident I know what the problems are and how to rectify them.
Polite, efficient & thorough
The survey was completed in a tenanted property. The tenants had to delay the job due to self isolation and the Alpine changed the date without complaint or hesitation. On the day of the survey, the team that arrived was was polite, efficient and thorough and the tenants were very pleased. The final report was well presented and detailed. Well worth the reasonable fee paid. I can highly recommend this company. On another note, the communication with the office has been brilliant! Very friendly, personable and efficient.
