We prefer not to provide calculations and drawings based only on plans provided, this is to avoid inaccuracies, which inevitably will require corrections and in turn increase your costs.

    Unfortunately, many companies provide a basic package, and therefore the customer/builder will require additional details etc throughout the project, all of which inflate the original less expensive quotation.
