The surveys to be undertaken include:

  • RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 Surveys.
  • RICS Valuations (preferred)
  • Disrepair Surveys and Expert Witness Reports
  • General Building condition surveys
  • Homebuyer’s Surveys

Responsibilities:

  • The undertaking of accurate Surveys (mainly domestic properties)
  • Excellent report writing whilst utilising our in-house survey app.
  • Professional and courteous image towards our clients
  • Be flexible and keen to work with and support our growing team

Requirements:

  • Must be Chartered MRICS (Associate RICS will be considered)
  • At least 5 years building surveying experience
  • Able to work without supervision with excellent organisational skills
  • Full clean driving licence
  • An up to date DBS check will be required
