Building Surveyor

Alpine Surveys are seeking an enthusiastic Building & Structural Surveyor to join our growing team, preferably degree qualified, however excellent personal qualities and a HNC or HND in Building studies would be considered.

We are looking for somebody with at least ten years experience in surveying buildings for defects and deterioration to assist in developing this new division of our well established consultancy. The surveyor must have excellent and proven experience in detecting building defects and deterioration, and have a sound knowledge regarding the effects deterioration and defects will have on a building.

The surveys will include:

  • Building Condition Surveys
  • Structural Surveys
  • Homebuyers Surveys
  • Party Wall Surveys
  • Cavity Wall Surveys

Alpine Surveys are a small, but very much recognised and growing consultancy, that specialise in accurately resolving issues in properties of all ages. In addition we provide damp and moisture ingress surveys, aerial surveys of properties, aerial filming of properties for marketing purposes, water leak detection, and waste water consultancy.

Our customer feedback and references on internet systems detail our success and level of professionalism and accuracy.

We are looking for a Surveyor suitably based to cover Greater London and the South East, who is keen to help us develop a new Structural Survey division. There will obviously be driving involved to the survey locations, and we are seeking a flexible person to cover the surveys required (generally two per day). Up to a months on site training will be provided, in order to ensure company consistency with surveying techniques and report production.

Responsibilities:

  • The undertaking of accurate Surveys (mainly domestic properties)
  • Excellent report writing whilst utilising our in house survey app.
  • Professional and courteous image towards our clients
  • Be flexible and keen to work with and support our growing team

Requirements:

  • Preferably degree qualified (HNC or HND considered)
  • At least ten years building surveying experience
  • Able to work without supervision with excellent organisational skills
  • Full clean driving licence
  • An up to date CRB check will be required

Structural Engineer

We are looking for a Structural Engineer/Surveyor suitably based in the following locations: Greater London / South of England / Midlands.

Alpine Surveys (Alpine Property Group Ltd) is seeking an enthusiastic Structural Engineer / Surveyor to join our growing team, the candidate will be suitably qualified with at least five years’ experience in Structural Surveying to support our Building Survey division.

The successful team member must have proven experience in all aspects of structural and building surveys and have excellent report writing skills.

  • Evidence of being Degree level qualified (ideally Chartered)
  • At least 5 years of structural building surveying experience

Damp Surveyor to cover Greater London / South-East / Midlands

Alpine Surveys are seeking an enthusiastic Damp Surveyor to join our growing team, preferably degree qualified, however excellent personal qualities and a HNC or HND in Building studies or a relevant Damp Survey qualification would certainly be considered. We are looking for somebody with at least five years experience in surveying buildings for defects and deterioration, along with moisture ingress and damp.

The surveys to be undertaken include:

– Damp and moisture ingress surveys

– Building condition surveys

– Homebuyers surveys

– Cavity wall surveys

– Roof leak surveys

Office Administrator

Alpine Surveys are a much recognised property survey consultancy, which cover the South of England, including Greater London. We are recognised for the quality and variety of property surveys that we undertake. We are a friendly family run consultancy, with expansion plans over the next two years.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and dynamic *Operational Administrator* to assist in our East Morden office (near Lytchett Matravers, Dorset). The successful candidate will receive training and knowledge of the building surveys that we offer, in order that they can communicate with existing and new clients in order to introduce our services, and assisting with the planning of surveys, along with administration duties.

You will need to have good computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook), and have excellent communication skills.
