Independent Damp Surveys in Tamworth
We wanted an independent survey provided by a company that would not benefit from any subsequent remedial works if required, so we could be sure that any recommendations would be unbiased. Mark arrived promptly and undertook a full damp survey of our new property, inside and out. The process took about 3 hours after which he took us around and demonstrated key findings directly with his infrared scanning equipment. He also gave us an early indication of some of his recommendations. The 24 page detailed report arrived 2 days later with a list of recommendations. Highly recommended.

Surveyor was punctual, polite, and respectful of property and covid distancing/masking. After the survey was completed, he verbally went through his findings and answered questions. The full written report, including recommendations for fixing the issues was emailed the next day.
