Internally for each room or the affected rooms, the Surveyor will undertake a detailed investigation which includes:
The extent of the issues being experienced. The Surveyor will ascertain if anything such as electrics, ventilation, extraction, fire protection etc. does not meet the current Building Regulations standards.
During the survey, the Surveyor will complete a detailed on site report which will include all of the external assessment undertaken, and any defects or deterioration that were noted.
For the interior, all defects will be noted, along with the reason for the defect compared to the relevant standards.
Our report will include all recommendations required to correct the detailed issues, in order to bring the property up to the expected and legally required standard.
