Having complete faith in our abilities to diagnose your issues and with the professional qualifications, skills and knowledge of our surveyors, we guarantee our reports will resolve your damp, timber, building or structural issues.

Our survey reports will resolve identified issues providing that you follow the advice supplied within the report as long as any work advised to remedy the problem, is completed by a reputable qualified builder, or repairer, within a reasonable timeframe following our report.

If in the unlikely event the works carried out by a reputable builder or repairer, do not resolve your issues, based on the recommendations of our surveyor, we will offer to re-visit the property for free and reassess the situation until both parties are confident that the issue has been resolved.
