Southern-based independent property surveying company Alpine Surveys have reported a sudden spike in the number of enquiries received over the last couple of months, a sign the property market is coming back with a bang.
Alpine Surveys is an independent property surveying company, offering impartial and unbiased property surveys to both domestic and commercial clients, ranging from, damp & timber surveys, structural surveys, leak detection surveys, building condition surveys, aerial surveys and more recently, their unique heat loss surveys.
The company has over 30 years of experience and is renowned for its honesty and professional reporting. Their reports are also often used to support insurance claims, help lenders make informed decisions and even support evidence in court trials.

Alpine Surveys are experiencing such high demands lately that the business is having to make some considerable changes. Some of these changes include searching for new larger premises that will be still based in the south. Alpine Surveys are also taking on additional office staff and surveyors to cope with consumer and business demands.
In addition to being valued members of Checkatrade, some of Alpine Surveys’ key clients include HM Government, Private Estates, Marine companies, local councils and housing associations. Their portfolio of clients is expanding rapidly which is likely due to the professional level of detailed reporting they produce and the excellent customer service.
“Business is definitely on the rise”, says Structural Operations Manager, Chris Seagal. “We have seen a sudden jump in enquiries over the last 4 months, which should be an indication that the property market is making a comeback. Due to high demand, we have had to expand our operations, meaning we have employed more surveyors as well as office staff, in order to reduce longer than average waiting times on some surveys.”
