Aerial Thermal Image Surveys

We are experts in Aerial Thermal Surveys & Inspections of both domestic and commercial properties

Aerial Thermal Image Surveys

Our Aerial Thermal Imaging Surveys service is offered to both commercial and domestic clients alike

Enabling us to provide high resolution thermal Images and MP4 thermal video of elevations and roofs, allowing properties to be assessed for heat loss, water damage, water ingress, and deterioration.

Alpine Surveys provide responsive guaranteed results, delivering you fully detailed reports in under 72 hours.

Our surveyors will even call you to discuss the results of the survey if required and provide you with all the footage of the aerial thermal survey

The DJI Inspire UAV, we make Thermal Imaging more accessible and reduce what was previously a time consuming and complex survey.

Our drones have the capability to produce highly detailed thermal imaging and video

The Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced boasts the following features,

  • 640×512 Thermal Camera
  • 16 x zoom function
  • 48mp camera
  • Omni Directional Obstacle Sensing
  • +/- 2 degrees accuracy

Like our additional aerial filming and photography services, Aerial Thermal Imaging removes the need for unnecessary, bulky and expensive scaffolding, mechanical lifting and reduces safety risks.

QUALIFIED & TRAINED DRONE PILOTS

Our trained and certified UAV pilots, who are also qualified surveyors, will undertake the initial ground flight assessment, obtain the required aviation permissions, and conduct the aerial thermal survey flight in accordance with the CAA regulations, thus confirming that the project is undertaken in a safe and legal manner.

We regularly carry out the following aerial surveys as well as Aerial Thermal Imaging Surveys

Locations covered

We carry out Aerial Thermal Imaging Surveys in Dorset, Devon, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Greater London, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, London, Reading, Berkshire, Coventry, Oxford, Swindon, Salisbury, Dorchester, Swanage, Bridport and many more locations across the south.

An aerial thermal drone survey provides a unique opportunity to obtain footage that is often difficult, or unobtainable from ground level. Without having the ability to use the thermal imaging drone, it would be costly and inconvenient to capture the footage required in order to compile an accurate report and diagnose the issue in hand.

The thermal imaging drone is equipped to assist us in our diagnosis and reporting by the use of high powered zoom and incredibly intelligent thermal imaging technology. It also allows us to accurately pin point heat signatures.

Our Aerial Thermal Imaging Surveys using the DJI enterprise drones can fly up to a maximum height of 400′ (120m)

Yes, in accordance with the CAA requirements and for our own safety reasons we always conduct a full risk assessment to ensure it is safe prior to launching the drone.

We use a selection of drones for our aerial drone surveys depending on the customers requirements. For more details please see our equipment section.

The footage obtained using the thermal aerial drone is incredibly detailed. Our drone allows us to zoom in to specific areas, making a diagnosis even more accurate. The thermal imagery is crisp, clear and of the highest resolution for an aerial thermal drone.
